  • Moerdijk Containers Terminal (MCT) is your ideal inland hub. Strategically located in between Rotterdam and Antwerp, the inland terminal is linked to both ports, sustainably and free of road congestion along inland waterways on a daily basis. From MCT, efficient European distribution (and vice versa) is then possible along all modalities: road, inland waterways and rail. MCT is part of the hinterland network of ECT’s subsidiary, European Gateway Services and also acts as an extended gate for the ECT terminals in Rotterdam. Broad range of supplementary services For many shipping companies, MCT also acts as an empty depot, which enables optimum exchange and repositioning of full or empty containers. Clients also benefit from a broad range of supplementary services such as container repair, gas inspection etc. MCT is a joint venture of CCT in Moerdijk and the Rotterdam deep sea terminal operator, ECT.
